By booking or using services from Gorillas 4 Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Area & Access

Our services are mobile and provided at the customer’s location. The customer must ensure safe access to the vehicle, including adequate space, parking, and permission to work on the property.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Pricing & Vehicle Condition

Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or additional services requested. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

Customer Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle. Gorillas 4 Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle.

Service Results

While we strive for excellent results, some stains, scratches, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. Results may vary based on vehicle condition.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Gorillas 4 Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, paint defects, or interior wear.

Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for quality and safety reasons.
